Tonino Lamborghini was born in Cento (Province of Ferrara) in 1947, just a few years before his family name became synonymous with fine engines and automobiles.
In 1981 while serving as President of various companies within the Lamborghini Group, he decided to devote himself to one of his greatest passions: the result was the launch of “TONINO LAMBORGHINI Style and Accessories”.
The Group celebrated its 30th anniversary in 2011. Located in the magnificent Palazzo del Vignola, a Renaissance villa outside Bologna, the Tonino Lamborghini Group is reaping the rewards of a reorganisation process begun in 2009, with new projects in China, South East Asia and the Middle East.
Focus has been intensified on the development and positioning of luxury accessories while also emphasizing the essence of the brand: Italian genius shot through with an uncompromising spirit.
The company aims to export a style and taste that are recognisably Italian and perceived the word over as the essence of luxury, exclusivity and style.
The strategy of brand extension was a revolutionary concept in the 1980s when it was adopted by Tonino Lamborghini.
Following a “horizontal stretching” model, the brand has applied its values and goalsto the successful launch and development of a variety of lifestyle categories, from clothing and accessories to luxury hotels.
